The Lord is challenging me to spend as much time with Him – in worship, prayer, and His Word as I do running. If I am going to discipline my body to be strong it is right for me to discipline my spirit.
I’ve been able to resume running in the last four weeks. This was after a forced layoff for nine weeks due to a hip pointer. I’m not quite back to the form I was in when I fell but it’s coming. I am grateful to the Lord to be able to run again.

Enjoyed Saturday at Iron Sharpens Iron (Men’s Conference) in Albany, NY. David Hickey, our Assistant Pastor and I manned a table in the exhibitors hall. Had the opportunity to sell a number of books and connect with a lot of excellent brothers.
