Running with the Lord
“Draw me after you and let us run together! …” We will rejoice in you and be glad; We will extol your love more than wine.” Song of Solomoon 1:3-5
Running is actually much more than a physical exercise for me. It is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline that I find enjoyable. When I run I often cry out to the Lord to strengthen and soften my heart. I want this heart to be strong, of course, to be healthy, but more importantly I want it to be strong so I can run with Him. I want my heart and its arteries to be soft and flexible so that they can pump the blood but it is critical that my heart be sensitive and flexible in His hand.

revival and have spent years in the study of the subject. Please check out my new book "The Power of Return" published by Destiny Image.
I find that I am able to hear God’s voice more clearly, and also sometimes receive a Word of Knowledge, promptings for intercession, as well as specific, creative ministry ideas when I am exercising.
