Speed!
Okay, so this week begins the countdown on my 10 week training program for the La Jolla half marathon. Pretty much 5 miles a day except for a longer run on Saturdays. Today is the first day that includes any speed work. Of course, at my age speed is a relative term.
Still running on the treadmill as we had snow last night. Can’t wait for the weather to break so I can get outside to run.
